Bill Ayers
Founder & President
With a passion for landscape development, Bill entered the industry at an early age. Bill Ayers has worked in the landscape construction and homebuilding industries since 1978, he established East Bay Construction in 1990.
East Bay Construction began building long lasting business relationships with some of Northern California's biggest developers like D.R. Horton, KB Homes, Lennar Homes, Centex Homes, Shea Homes, Pulte Homes, Taylor Woodrow, Signature Properties, Summer Hill Homes.
Starting East Bay Construction Co, Inc. with a staff of four, Bill has since flourished into two office locations, Livermore and Stockton. Though Bill has enjoyed the dramatic growth of his company he is still involved daily with ongoing issues and projects.
Bill insists all EBCC employees are trained and instilled with a high level of workmanship quality and service which East Bay Construction was founded upon.
