Sina joined East Bay Construction in 2003 and implemented the company safety policies and programs. She began her career in the Construction industry in 1991 moving up to increased levels of responsibility in management and office administration with a few different construction trades; Framing, Structural Steel and Landscape Contractors. Her experience and expertise in Construction Accounting, Contract Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resource, Loss Control, Safety and Public Relations has provided the necessary background to qualify her for establishing the organization's annual goals and objectives and guiding their long term mission strategy.
