Since 1994, Brian has worked in environmental management and erosion control, first as a district operations supervisor with the Tulare Lake Drainage District, then as erosion control department manager with an environmental services company. In 2001, he was hired to manage East Bay Construction's newly formed environmental services division, which has grown into Environmental Services. Brian leads the company's new program, delivering exceptional client service and helping to keep them in compliance with existing and emerging regulations.
