Sina joined East Bay Construction in 2003 and implemented the company safety policies and programs. She began her accounting career in the Construction Industry in 1991 moving up to increasing levels of responsibility in accounting and office administration over the years with a few different construction trades; Framing, Structural Steel and Landscape Contractors. Her experience and expertise in Construction Accounting, Contract Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resource, Loss Control, Safety and Public Relations has helped her role in the organizations Mission, Strategy and Annual Goals and Objectives.
