Al joined East Bay in 1998 as office manager before being promoted to the position of controller in 2000. Prior to joining East Bay, Al had a successful career in sales and management in business products and services and real estate industries. Since joining East Bay, Al has overseen financial management of the company's rapid growth and has instituted systems to ensure continued expansion with financial stability and accountability.
