Bill has worked in the landscape construction and homebuilding industries since 1978, when he began as a summer seasonal employee during high school. After working up from labor to management through other companies, Bill established East Bay Construction in late 1990. In 1991, East Bay began providing landscape construction services with an initial staff of four employees. Though the company has enjoyed dramatic growth and employees have taken over management of different areas, Bill maintains active daily involvement and regularly visits each project site, vigilantly overseeing job safety and quality.
